inspiration

the existence of this project has been motivated by the following factors:

• The overall activity on the field of recognition of non formal learning at European level and especially the works done during and after “Bridges for recognition” conference, Leuven, Belgium, January 19-23, 2005.
• The participation of Athanasios (Sakis) Krezios in the “YOUTHpass” training course that was held in Vienna, Austria the dates 05 – 10/12/2006 and organized by the Austrian National Agency of the “Youth” program and SALTO Training & Cooperation Resource Center.
• The project called “A step towards recognition of non formal learning in Serbia & Montenegro” by GRUPA “Hajde da…” from Beograd, Serbia, 2005 – 2006.
• The great willingness from the side of “Kids in Action” to demonstrate and popularize the benefits of non formal learning processes.
• The recent launching (1/1/2007) of the "Youth in Action" program that gives significant importance to recognition of non formal learning.
